The Fall is apple pressing season. The golden apple juice that flows from the apple press is sweet and foreshadows a delicious, apple cider vinegar.
Throughout the Fall Season, apple pressing continues at our Rockbridge Cider Vinegar Brewery. The leaves begin to fall from the apple trees and the mornings are chilly.
Finally, all the apples have been pressed into juice and the apple press is put away - until next year.
